Estimated Shipping Times
Free Shipping: All orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping to all supported regions.
Processing Time:
All orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is as follows:
· Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
· Remote areas (Hawaii, Alaska, and Florida): 10-15 business days
· All other supported regions: 10–15 business days
Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can use this information to follow your package in real time.

Customs and Duties
For some international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply, depending on the laws and policies of your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee.
Flowtica is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or military base addresses at this time. Orders placed with these addresses may be automatically canceled and refunded.

While we always aim to ship promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We’ll always keep you informed by email in the event of any significant delay.
