General Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. Unless the item is defective or damaged upon receiving, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns on items that are unused or lightly used*, returned in their original packaging with all accessories (Any missing accessories will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly).
Returns must be initiated through the same channel where the purchase was made. For example, orders placed on Amazon must be returned via Amazon and are not eligible for return through flowtica.ai.
To start a return, contact us at support@flowtica.ai with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Deadline
Once your return is approved, please ship the item back within 10 business days of receiving return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
Returns not shipped within this window will be automatically closed. If this happens, you can contact us to reopen the request, as long as it falls within 30 days of your original delivery date.
*"Lightly used": refers to items that have been opened and briefly tested, with no scratches, scuffs, or physical damage, and remaining in a resaleable condition. Items showing visible scratches, scuffs, or physical damage to the Scribe or Charging Case — rendering them unsaleable — are not eligible for return under the 30-day policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- App membership subscriptions
- Pen ink refills
- Notebooks
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.
To report an issue, email us at support@flowtica.ai with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange return shipping at no cost to you and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Please note: Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for processing.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Simply return your original item following our standard return process — once it passes inspection and is confirmed resaleable, we'll take care of the exchange.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification.
The item must be unused or only slightly used (handled no more than necessary to inspect it), in its original packaging, with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item, unless we have stated otherwise.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your payment, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@flowtica.ai.
