Recording never starts on its own. It begins only when you press the button. Your recordings and app data are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the United States, and never sold. Flowtica does not use your conversations to train its AI models without your explicit consent, and the limited service providers it uses are contractually barred from training their own foundational models on your data. You can export or delete your data.

Each voice needs about 30 seconds of audio to be tagged; once tagged, the speaker is labeled automatically in later transcripts. It handles accents well.
